12 months of Eli

I think I always put off the last month because I hate to think that my babies are a year old. And because they are so wiggly it's hard to get a good picture. So here we go...

Baby boy is just now starting to walk and eat food. He loves watching movies but loves being outside more. He loves his sister. Loves playing in water but hates tubs.

Here we go...

Vacation Time

That time of year again. Vacation. The best part was the weather. Sadly Daisy got sick halfway through and was puking.  So we missed the gokarts. boo hiss. However, overall a good trip!

Enjoy the pics cause I have the cutest babies ever.

The end.

Ten month old

All of a sudden he looks like a big boy. What happened? I feel like he's looked the same up to this month. We are kind of late this month with vacation, Birthdays, holidays, and revenge of the pink eye.

Anywho Eli eliZa (Elijah) As daisy calls him  has been pulli himself up on everything and doing the side way walk. He loves Winnie the Pooh. He loves playing in the playroom. His favorite thing ever is playing in water. He is slowly eating finger foods (let's just skip baby food) still mostly on milk. He loves to play outside. Poor guy gets beat up by his sister. Laughs at baby dolls. Starting to babble. Lights up my life with his smile. Screams and hulks out.  Crawls everywhere. Lives to turn off the playstation so everyone gets mad. Ball shaker. He's all boy.

Triangle quilts

I guess I should finally blog these pictures. I've been finished with these quilts for a couple of weeks but haven't had the opportunity to put them up. I started to make one quilt for Eli (the all over triangles). Then I realized I had enough extra triangles to make another (triangle of triangles). So I made them both simataneously. I was thinking about trying to sell one, but that's like asking me to sell a child. I like both for different reasons. I should probably sell one. But which one?!

I love the back on this one. It reminds me of the southwest. The quilting is diamonds. A lot of swear words went into the making of this quilt.

The back on this one reminds me of nautical flags. And I couldn't just put it in a straight line. Pfft. Lots of swear words and soda also went into the making of this quilt.

We survived Utah

Well, now I know why everyone dreads traveling with children. This picture is the beginning of the end for the first leg of the trip.

However, once we got there everything was pretty magical.

And we are soooo happy to be home.
