My first embroidery piece
I am excited to have finished my first embroidery piece and I just love it so much. Minor detail: I know nothing about embroidery. I know I always start things and never finish but I want to try to do one crafty/pinteresty thing a week. Wish me luck in my crafty endeavors!

Three month olde
Smiles & funny boy giggles.
Sleeping more. Eating so much I had to supplement with formula. Getting chunky almost growing out of 3 month clothes. Grown out of size one diapers. Spitting up all the time. Huge farts and belches. Longest eyelashes ever. Sharp baby nails.
Such a sweet boy, I can't wait to see him at month four.

Officially Christmas Time
Kiddos love Decorating the Christmas tree. Daisy kept helping by shoving her toys in the tree. And Eli is entranced by the lights.

Zoo day
So franklin had the idea to go to the zoo. And it was the most beautiful overcast day to go.
And it was even more fun because daisy has been learning about these animals and could identify them.

Life with a two month old
Eli is finally starting to look more like a baby and less like an alien! Sorry little guy. Eli is eating all the time. Every two hours which explains those chunks and rolls. He is starting to look around and small smiles. He sneezes like an old man and is finally getting into a routine. Yay!
Two months old!

Partayy
I can't believe our baby is two. She is a giant! She is the funniest little girl and is very sweet and thoughtful. She is such a happy girl. We had her party this past weekend and it was the most perfect day.

Happy Friday!
I excited that it is Friday. Despite the fact that there are no weekends as a stay at home mom. I am going to work on being happy, even when things get crappy. That's all for now!

Two years ago today I had my little leading lady. She has grown so much and she is truely a joy. I love her more everyday.
She has grown so much in the past year!

Elijah is one month old.
We'll I was thinking I couldn't be dead beat and not do all the fun stuff with the second that I did with the first. So here it is...
One month:
Since you were a month early, you are in theory only a couple days old. But you have already grown so much.
You've been loosing your hair only in the front. Your a lot more vocal than Daisy was. I am hoping you have your dad's blue-green eyes. You eat all the time. Your big sister loves you a little too much. Thanks for coming early!

September.
Hello old friend.
We have a lot to catch up on.
Unlike me the blog skipped over the pregnancy and birth. So meet Mr. Elijah James. He was a month early. Daisy is through the moon being a big sister. We are all still adjusting to out new life.

The Cat is out of the Bag
If you have noticed that I have been useless lately,
Its because you are right.
With a toddler and one in the oven
(and a dirty house)
I have had no motivation, inspiration, or energy to blog.
But now that the metaphorical cat is out of the bag.
I can tell some stories that can make me potentially pee my pants.
#1
I tried telling Daisy there was a baby in my tummy and she lifted up my shirt and just looked at me confused.
#2
Daisy had her dolly and I said see mommy has a baby in her tummy like this (putting it under my shirt)
She runs off smiling coming back with her kitty cat toys and puts them also in my shirt.
She'll figure it out eventually...
Meanwhile,
I can't believe I am going to have another little bug soon.

Sleeping Baby
I love when the little bug is snug in a rug.
Gives me a moment to get my mommy break
& she looks super sweet.

Useless
I have been sick for the past couple weeks.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am completely useless when I am sick.
Thus, zero motivation to blog.
(or anything)
Enojoy the past 2+ weeks in photos...
